$25.00 per session, direct hands on transfer or over the phone.
$250.00 per twelve week bundle paid in advance.

Dayna will travel to teach and/ or provide a private session.
All travel fees paid by client.  Dayna accepts cash, check or credit card.  A 10% fee will be added to all Visa/MC/Amex transactions.

Private Sessions VS. Group Sessions

Private sessions with a breathwork practitioner are generally done in series of ten sessions. This "container" alows for the natural development and deepening of trust in relationship with your practitioner and with in your own relationship to your breath. One session is approximately two hours long and begins and ends with verbal process and guidance on effecting change in the experience of old or disruptive patterns in life. While every single session is completely different an accelerated experience of healing and wholeness is invariably the result. Private sessions are profoundly life changing. Group breathwork sessions are very supporting and powerful. They are a wonderful way to connect with community and to share the joy of the process together! The difference between group sessions and individual private sessions is the difference between wading along the coast line, and diving off a cliff into the ocean. Group sessions are often a catalyst for healing in the area of relationship as the group energy always brings a unique relationship energy to the experience but the deeper work is done one on one.
