5:30-6:15 Wednesdays Oneness Meditation
On going beginning September 3
at Santosha Yoga Studio 14 Bartlett Ave, Cranston
Join us for a 45 minute weekly meditation experience. We will gather in a circle of chairs to sit in a comfortable and relaxed way for about a half hour (with time for brief discussion). Experience resonance by listening to musical vibrations/ chanting to balance the chakra system and receive a oneness blessing energy transfer that brings the grace of quietude and deep peace to the mind. $20 drop in OR Santosha Class Card honored.
BIRTH & RELATIONSHIPS Seminar:
Birth is an extraordinary experience that has a profound impact on our lives. This half day seminar is an intensive look at how birth circumstances often leave its trace in our relationship behavior and patterns. Break free of unconscious patterns by becoming aware of what is expressing in your life and comitting to completion of the past.
Writing, partnered exercise, lecture, energy work and breathwork.
